The Bad – At 11 lbs, it’s quite heavy (but certainly not the heaviest and largely due to safety features); Canopy won’t stay half-open.
The Bottom Line – This is a high quality premium infant car seat that claims to exceed the most stringent side impact tests in the world. It is very easy to fit using the LATCH base (supplied) and looks very comfortable for baby to use. It is comparable in price to the other premium infant car seats, like the Chicco Keyfit 30 and the Maxi Cosi Mico AP. It is more expensive than the Britax B-Safe.

The Peg Perego Infant car seat is designed for babies weighing between 5 – 30 lbs. The maximum height restriction is 30″ tall (pretty standard for infant seats).

The Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP 30-30 infant car seat is undoubtedly an excellent product packed full of great comfort and safety features.
I particularly love the well padded infant insert and it ought to be very easy to get a nice snug fit with even the smallest of babies. The Side Impact Protection system is easy to adjust and, when combined with the EPS foam padding, these features provided a very safe cocoon for your precious baby to travel in.
