List Price: $399.99
Weight Range: 4 to 30 lbs (seat) & 4 to 55 lbs (stroller)
The Good – The B-Agile is one of the cheapest premium infant travel solutions on the US market today; The B-Safe is probably the cheapest premium infant car seat yet it comes with an impressive list of safety features, including side impact protection and a protective foam insert. Both the seat and stroller come with an easy to use no-rethread 5-point harness; Stroller very easy to put up and down; Stroller very manoeuvrable.
The Bad – Can be difficult to fit easily into some smaller vehicles (check with the manufacturer if you own a very small vehicle);
The Bottom Line – The Britax B-Agile is a very popular travel system and I haven’t found a better product on the market – the 2013 model was excellent, the 2014 is even better (see video reviews below). The stroller is also ery easy to manoeuvre and the convenient “click and go” system will make your life much easier than if you choose a separate seat and stroller or a convertible car seat for your newborn baby.

Britax B-Agile 2014 Travel System – Overview
This is my fully independent and objective Britax B-Agile Travel System review.
This travel system combines the Britax B-Safe infant car seat with the Britax B-Agile stroller and the result is a high quality (yet affordable) travel solution for parents of newborn babies.. In fact, I would go so far as to suggest that this is the best infant travel system available on the US market today.
I have previously reviewed the Britax B-Safe infant car seat and, rather than repeat myself in this post, you can click on the link to read all about it and watch some very helpful B-Safe videos. The B-Safe review page will appear in a new window so that you can keep it open while reading the rest of this B-Agile travel system review.
All of my chidden currently use Britax car seats and I absolutely love the way in which this company manages to combine great safety features and baby comfort at affordable prices.
It is very difficult, if not impossible, to adequately describe in words the features of an infant travel system. You really need to see the features in action in order to fully appreciate them. With that in mind, I have gathered together the best B-Agile videos on the internet and added them to this review page so that you don’t have to spend hours searching for them yourself.
Britax B-Agile Travel System Review Video – 2013 Model
This is a fantastic user review of the 2013 model. Since the 2014 Model has only recently been released onto the market, there are no good video user reviews available yet. I suggest that you watch this video and then look at the following video that explains the 4 minor differences between the 2013 and 2014 models.
Britax B-Agile 2014 – The 4 Minor Differences
This relatively short video will explain the 4 minor differences between the 2013 and 2014 models, which are:
- exposed front stroller frame for extra durability
- 2 panel canopy instead of 3 panel
- New fabric color on storage pouch zip
- Option to disengage auto-lock mechanism
Value for Money
At $319, the Britax B-Agile is one of the cheapest travel systems available to American parents. It is well worth the money and I see no good reason to buy one of the more expensive products instead. The B-Agile has everything that you could possibly want or expect in a baby travel system at a very affordable price.
